7 Learning Styles
There are basically 7 learning styles people use to learn. All of us use a combination of these styles with some being more dominate than others. Engaging multiple learning styles can enhance our learning and experience resulting in a deeper understanding, a richer experience and a better retention of our yoga.
The 7 Learning Styles
Aural (sound, music, rhythms)
Using the spiritual and physical together creates multiple associations in our brain that are harder to forget. It also creates a series of “pattern interrupts” which helps us stay in the present moment for a longer period of time. Using more senses during our learning experience can result in a greater retention of our learning.
