Arm balances are similar to riding a bicycle. Once you learn it you own it.
This fun workshop will provide challenging y,et achievable poses for the beginner to advanced student. Our focus will be on alignment, simple steps to overcome obstacles, and modifications to go further. We will cover traditional arm balances such as Crow, Side Crow, Handstand, and more. We will also include arm balances which you may have never seen. Open to all levels. Practice going further in your arm balances and in your life. Learn to fly!
